I moved to the Cariboo, from Kamloops, with my wife Gloria in 2004 to be closer to the grandchildren. I was relicensed on 2005. In fact I was first licensed in 1972 and have worked in the Real Estate industry ever since. I have a CRA (retired) as a certified residential appraiser, have also worked in assessment with BC assessment authority and mortgage lending with TD Canada Trust. I spend my free time with the family and on the golf course, however, my efforts in Real Estate are focused on ensuring that your real estate experience is as enjoyable as it can be.
